The Fireball is an extra number that allows you to replace any of the main numbers and create new winning combinations. This will increase your odds of winning a prize. The Fireball can even be used to win multiple prizes in the same drawing. For example, if you played 1888 + Fireball as a Straight, and the numbers drawn were 1888 with a Fireball of 8, that's counted as three wins, because you can substitute the Fireball 8 with all three of the Main Number 8's. It's a tricky thing to wrap your head around, so check the table below for more details.

Prizes under $600 - you can claim your prize by visiting a Texas lottery retailer, gas station or store. Give in your ticket and they will pay out your winnings in cash. You can always mail in your ticket if you don’t want to go to a store in person.
